These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RapidResearch.ai's website, services, and products (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, or by purchasing any research report, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By placing an order, submitting a research question, or making a purchase, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

RapidResearch.ai provides custom AI and technology research reports delivered via email. Reports include analysis, recommendations, and curated resources tailored to your specific question or business need.

3. Orders and Delivery

Upon placing an order and completing payment, you will receive a research report within the timeframe specified for your chosen tier: Quick Insight (24 hours), Deep Dive (48 hours), or Enterprise Brief (72 hours). Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. We make every effort to meet delivery deadlines but do not guarantee exact delivery times.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Gumroad). Prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full before research begins.

5. Report Usage and Intellectual Property

Upon delivery, you receive a non-exclusive license to use, share, and distribute the report within your organization. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or commercially sublicense the report. The Service, website, branding, and underlying methodology remain the intellectual property of RapidResearch.ai.

6. Revisions

Quick Insight reports include minor clarifications via email. Deep Dive and Enterprise Brief reports include one round of revisions. Additional revisions may be available upon request for an additional fee.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all research questions and client information as confidential.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: misuse the Service, submit unlawful or harmful content, attempt to reverse-engineer our processes, or use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all reports are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and thoroughness, we do not guarantee that reports will be error-free or that recommendations will produce specific business outcomes. See our Disclaimer for more details.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RapidResearch.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any report. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including if we determine that a research question falls outside our area of expertise. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
